General Counseling Services

The agency provides mental health services including general counseling and general counseling targeted to veterans, LGBTQ individuals, youth, individuals with a dual-diagnosis, and individuals with PTSD in Los Angeles County. There are no geographic restrictions.

Roots Through Recovery provides treatment and case management for a variety of mental health conditions and symptoms. Each participant will receive a treatment plan with options for therapy methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Transcranial Magnetic Therapy (EMT), or Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP).

A trauma support group is also available for individuals with PTSD and survivors of trauma.
