Employment Discrimination Assistance

Provider: LEGAL AID AT WORK

The project provides legal services for people nationwide in the areas of workplace rights as well as language-based employment discrimination. Services include employment discrimination assistance, individual advocacy and legal information lines related to employment issues, and welfare rights assistance. Specific information is available for undocumented workers, immigrants, LGBTQ individuals, people with disabilities and survivors of domestic violence. There are no geographic restrictions.

Information and assistance is provided through legal clinics and helplines.

The Language Rights Project provides legal counseling and referral services through an information line and printed materials.
