211 LA is a trusted, nonprofit organization with over 44 years of experience supporting residents of Los Angeles County. We serve as a neutral and accessible entry point for anyone reporting concerns about child safety, including:
- Child sexual abuse by a County employee
- Child sexual exploitation by a County employee
- Grooming or predatory behavior by a County employee
- Inappropriate sexual conduct involving a minor in a County facility
- Any sexual misconduct involving children connected to LA County employees or County facilities

Who Should Use This Hotline?
This reporting line is for anyone who wants to report child sexual abuse or exploitation involving a County employee or a County-operated facility in Los Angeles County, including:
- Children or youth (under 18) who experienced sexual abuse or exploitation
- Parents, guardians, caregivers, or family members
- Teachers, providers, or community members working with children
- Witnesses or bystanders
- Anyone who suspects a child may be at risk
