Bringing Families Home
Program Overview
Bringing Families Home supports families involved in the child welfare system who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Stable housing is essential for child safety and family reunification. Through 211 LA, families are screened, referred, and supported through housing navigation and care coordination to help keep families together.
