Intensive Family Reunification Services
Provider: SUNRISE HORIZON FOSTER FAMILY AGENCY
The agency provides foster care services for children age birth to 18 and families throughout Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire. Services include foster parent/family recruitment, foster homes for dependent children, foster home placement, and intensive family reunification services. Children must be placed through DCFS. Age restrictions apply; there are no geographic restrictions.
A social worker is assigned to each individual child and provides case management and support services as needed. Families receive assistance with mental health issues, counseling, medication support, and crisis intervention.
The agency also provides an on-site computer resource and educational assistance center with tutoring and vocational assistance.
The agency recruits, trains, and certifies foster parents age 18 and older. Individuals must meet all requirements; call for information.
