Provider: SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA FLOATING CHRISTIAN ENDEAVOR ASSOCIATION INC - BEACON LIGHT MISSION
The program provides shelter for homeless single women 18 years and older, who are in the Harbor area. The shelter cannot accommodate people who use wheelchairs. The maximum length of stay is usually 14 days. Former residents may return after a two month period. There are no geographic restrictions.
The shelter can accommodate 21 women in a dormitory-style setting. Bedding, linen, clothing, breakfast and dinner, and shower facilities are provided. Residents are required to adhere to the 6:45pm curfew and the 5:00am wake-up times, refrain from smoking or using alcohol or drugs, and attend chapel services nightly.
