
Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program
If your arthritis or other joint condition makes it difficult to participate in traditional exercise, this program is for you! Participate in low-impact exercises and gentle activities to help increase joint flexibility and range of motion, and to help maintain muscle strength. Sessions take place online for 1 hour twice per week for 6 weeks.
Classes are FREE for residents of Los Angeles County.
