Educator Webinar: Bring LGBTQ+ History To Your Online Classroom
As we are adapting to more distance learning and the general evolution of technology, we have developed new lesson plans on LGBTQ history for online platforms. Join us for Make History, Teach History: Bring LGBTQ+ History to Your Online Classroom, a free webinar for educators, where we will discuss the pedagogy of queer history, specifically on the topics of colonization of queer culture to reclamation and restoration of what was lost. Additionally, we will provide a virtual tour of our centralized website of educator resources for teaching LGBTQ history, developed by currently practicing California teachers, in collaboration with ONE Archives Foundation and Our Family Coalition.
