Consumer Complaints
Provider: LOS ANGELES COUNTY AGING AND DISABILITIES DEPARTMENT - SAN GABRIEL VALLEY SERVICE CENTER
The program provides consumer complaints, forms assistance/completion and information and referral services to people who live in the San Gabriel Valley area. Services include specialized information and referral to social services, education and community service programs.
Consumer complaints services are provided by Department of Consumer Affairs personnel who are on premises. Services include purchase issues and tenant rights.
Law enforcement complaints are handled by the Ombudsman Office of the county sheriff.
