Resume Preparation Assistance
Provider: ANTELOPE VALLEY COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT
The district provides employment services for students and the surrounding communities at the Job Placement Center. Services include job banks, job search/placement and resume preparation assistance. There are no geographic restrictions.
The Job Placement Center is a resource and information center to assist students, alumni and members of the community in obtaining employment. Students are encouraged to apply for jobs, work experience programs and internships that will provide skills and experience needed to secure permanent employment once graduated. The Center provides services such as a job board, resume assistance, job fairs and recruitment events and access to the Cal Jobs Database.
A food pantry provides free produce to all students, staff and faculty.
