Individuals may also receive assistance to purchase household goods through gift cards or vouchers.

Smoke remediation and repair services are also available in collaboration with the organization GER3. Applicants must be the home owner and must have been living in the impacted residence. Landlords of impacted residences do not qualify for services.

Homeowners in need home remediation/repairs or a complete home rebuild, or that are interested in learning more about adding an ADU to their property, must first complete the Home Damage and Assessment Form. Eligible applicants must meet standard income limits defined as “moderate” by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
