Situation Background
On Saturday night, January 21, 2023, a mass shooting occurred in Monterey Park, resulting in the deaths of ten individuals and injuring ten others. Our hearts go out to the victims and their loved ones experiencing loss during a time of union. City of Monterey Park Victim Support Center - Open Daily from 8 am -7 pm.
The City of Monterey Park has set up a Victim Support Center located at the Langley Center located at 400 West Emmerson Avenue, Monterey Park, CA. The site is staffed by the FBI Victim Services, DA Victim Services, the Red Cross, the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, and Tzu Chi, among others. The center supports family and friends impacted by the shooting event with counseling and other assistive services.
