Business Disaster Loans

The agency provides business disaster loans for Los Angeles County. Geographic restrictions apply.
The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) Altadena Disaster Relief Small Business Loan Program provides up to $75,000 for small businesses in unincorporated Altadena.
Qualified applicants may receive up to $75,000 with a 15-year loan term. Funds will be distributed directly to the borrower. Businesses that have received FEMA assistance are also eligible to apply.
Eligible businesses must operate a public-facing physical storefront located in unincorporated areas with zip codes 91001 or 91104. Eligible business types include—but are not limited to—restaurants, retail shops, fitness centers, grooming services, and day spas. Businesses must have been in operation for at least six months prior to applying.
Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 12 p.m.
