Disaster Related Cash Grants (Immigration Issues)

The agency provides disaster related cash grants for Los Angeles County. There are no geographic restrictions.

Small Business Resiliency Fund

The Los Angeles County Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) is offering a grant program that provides up to $5,000 in financial assistance to small businesses experiencing loss of workforce, property damage, decline in customers, economic disruption, or revenue loss due to immigration enforcement actions that occurred starting in June 2025. 

The application opens September 29, 2025 and the deadline to apply is October 31, 2025 at 5:00pm.
