Site Hours
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm; Wednesday, 9:00am to 4:30pm. The 311 Call Center and the phone number for outside L A City hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 7:00pm; Saturday and Sunday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. .
