HERITAGE CLINIC AND THE COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR SENIORS
The center provides mental health services for older adults age 55 and older, services for older adults and their families and professional education for people who provide services to older adults. Geographic restrictions apply for some services.
