CALIFORNIA STATE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICES AND DEVELOPMENT - HEAP PROGRAM - MARAVILLA FOUNDATION
The program provides financial assistance to low-income households in Los Angeles County. Applications for financial assistance are taken at multiple sites. Geographic restrictions apply to each application site; information about these requirements is provided during the required phone application process.
Site Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm; walk-ins without a shut off notice will be given an appointment to return with supporting documents.
