Becky is a government relations and public affairs expert with nearly 20 years of experience across federal and state governments, regional policy, and community engagement. She leads a public affairs and strategic advisory firm, providing government relations, community engagement, and partnership development services to organizations navigating the intersection of public policy and diverse communities.
Earlier in her career, Becky held senior legislative and policy roles in both the U.S. Congress and the California State Assembly, representing the San Gabriel Valley and South Bay regions. She managed complex intergovernmental relationships and served as a key liaison among local governments, agencies, business leaders, and community organizations—advancing regional priorities and cross-sector collaboration. In the private sector, she served as Director of Government Affairs for a major Southern California waste and recycling company, where she led government relations, community outreach, and civic engagement initiatives with municipal and regional stakeholders.
Becky remains active in the community, serving on the board of the San Gabriel Valley Public Affairs Network and contributing to the PBS SoCal Community Advisory Board. She is also a member of the San Marino Rotary Club and Temple City Chamber of Commerce, and previously served as Director of External Affairs for the Asian Pacific American Legislative Staffers.
She was recognized in 2023 with a Woman in Business award from the California State Senate and is committed to advancing inclusive, community-centered solutions through strong public-private collaboration.
