Join the Mindful Veteran Project for another Wellness Wednesday series. A wonderfully skilled instructor will be guiding us through slow, gentle movements done standing, sitting, & lying on floor.

Can be done in a wheelchair - very accommodating no special fitness or flexibility level needed
