Congregate Meals/Nutrition Sites

The center provides services for older adults of all ages in Los Angeles. Services include a congregate meal program, geriatric medicine through the Senior Clinic program, and nutrition education. For the congregate meal program, participants must be 60 years and older. There are no geographic restrictions.

Walk in for nutrition program. ID is required.

Fees
Senior nutritional meal is available for a nominal fee per visit. A regular office visit is $60, however, most charges for services are based on federal income guidelines. Medi-Cal, Medicare, cash, credit card and private insurance are accepted as payment. As a Department of Health Services Comprehensive Center, there are also other options for payment including Ability to Pay (ATP) and Pre-Payment plans.

Health center hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm; Saturday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
