Pregnancy Testing (Low Income)

The center provides family planning services for people who live in the southeast area of Los Angeles County. Services include abortions, contraception, gynecology services, pregnancy testing, prenatal care, STD screening and STD treatment. There are no geographic restrictions.

Abortion services are confidential and may include medication abortion and procedure abortion. Information and support is available through the center's CARE121 line.

Counseling, education and access to birth control, including emergency contraception, is available. Income eligible indviduals may qualify for family planning services under the Family PACT program.

Fees

There is no charge for immunizations, up to the age of 18. Medi-Cal, Medicare, cash, credit card and private insurance are accepted as payment. As a Department of Health Services Comprehensive Center, there are also other options for payment including Ability to Pay (ATP) and Pre-Payment plans.

The appointment line is available Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:30pm. Health center hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm; Saturday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
