PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY:
Pacific Coast Highway and Las Flores Canyon Rd. are open to residents with burn area access passes. Tuna Canyon remains a hard closure.

PALISADES REPOPULATION INFORMATION
All Pacific Palisades zones are open to residents, businesses, and contractors who have an existing agreement with a resident or business. Access passes are required and can be picked up at the following locations:
- UCLA Disaster Recovery Center Parking Structure - 10850 Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, 90064 (Monday through Saturday, 9am to 7pm)
- Santa Monica College Malibu Campus Interpretive Center - 23555 Civic Center Way, Malibu (Tuesday and Thursday, 10am to 4pm)
- Malibu City Hall - 23825 Stuart Ranch Rd., Malibu (Saturday, 10am to 4pm)
ADDRESS VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT: Photo ID or proof of residency is required; utility bil, bank statement, pay stub or other financial document that includes name and address.
CONTRACTOR ACCESS INFORMATION: Contractors must show documentation proving their association with a property in the restricted area, such as: contract, letter of intent, invoice, personal check from property owner.
Passes will not be issued directly to towing or moving companies; residents must bring their ID and access pass and accompany these vendors through the checkpoint and on to their property.

FLOOD AND MUDSLIDE PREPAREDNESS
Los Angeles County residents are urged to prepare for potential flooding, mudslides and debris run-off.
Private property owners who remain under evacuation orders and need help preparing for the storm can call LA County Public Works to schedule individual engineering support to assess a property, at (800) 675-4357.
LA County Public Works provides an online Homeowner's Guide for Flood, Debris and Erosion Control.
SANDBAG INFORMATION
The Malibu LIbrary sandbag distribution site is open for self-service, 7 days per week during daylight hours, through April 15, 2025. Pre-filled sandbags and empty sandbags are available (no loose sand on site).

POWER OUTAGE INFORMATION & WATER ALERTS
LA Department of Water and Power: Effective March 7, 2025 LADWP has cancelled the Do Not Drink Notice for the Pacific Palisades area. Read the cancellation notice here. LADWP recommends that residents flush their property's water pipes to clear out sitting water and accumulated sediments. Read their Guide to Flushing Water Pipes here.
LADWP has launched an interactive Water Quality Restoration Dashboard to provide updates on the restoration progress and preliminary testing data.

US MAIL SERVICE INFORMATION FOR AFFECTED AREAS
Several USPS locations within the areas affected by fires have relocated their retail and delivery operations. Residents in these affected areas can pick up their mail at the new locations or submit an Official Mail Forwarding Change of Address Order to reroute their mail.

GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT CLOSURES
Some Los Angeles County Parks and Recreation locations are still closed due to the recent wildfires; please visit https://parks.lacounty.gov/ for a list of locations.
CHILDCARE RESOURCES
The YMCA provides support for those who have lost a home or have been significantly impacted by the recent wildfires. This may include free or subsidized membership to YMCA, assistance with childcare and additional support services.

PET FOOD & INFORMATION
Petco is offering a free locator service to families whose pets are missing as a result of the fires. If you have lost or found a pet, sign up online for Petco Love Lost.
CAMP has activated an emergency mobile clinic effort to provide free veterinary care to impacted pets displaced by the LA wildfires. To book an appointment call (310)574-5555.

American Red Cross shelters are in place currently for the rain/mudslides evacuation zones and who have also been impacted by the wildfires. Shelters are accessible to people with disabilities, service animals are welcome.

Landlord Short-Term Rental Registration:
- Santa Monica has suspended housing enforcement laws prohibiting short-term rentals and leases of less than one year to allow people displaced by the recent regional fires to find temporary places to stay. Enforcement will resume April 19, 2025.
- Short-term rental hosts and landlords are encouraged to state in their listings if they are offering accommodations for people displaced by fires and complete the simple registration form online at https://forms.office.com/g/YEd6bgbXEc
