Pregnancy/Childbirth Support Groups

The agency provides mental health services targeted to pregnant and postpartum women in Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley areas. Services include pregnancy/childbirth support groups. There are no geographic restrictions.

Groups are open. Women may call for information about a group that meets at a time convenient for them. The group is facilitated by an MFT intern. Topics may include postpartum depression and mood disorders, dealing with family stress and a newborn, issues pertaining to pregnancy loss and infertility and other challenges faced by a new mother.
