The program provides information and referral services related to out-of-home care facilities for older adults age 55 and older in Los Angeles County and nationwide. There are no geographic restrictions.

The telephone line operates Monday through Saturday, 7:00am to 11:00pm CST; Sunday, 7:00am to 7:00pm, CST. Online information is available Monday through Sunday, 24 hours per day.
