The department provides vocational rehabilitation services for teenagers and adults age 16 and older who have disabilities. Service is provided at four locations in the Orange/San Gabriel District (see site list for details). The service area includes the cities of Anaheim, El Monte, Fountain Valley, Fullerton, Industry, Santa Ana, West Covina, and Whittier.
