Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm; Wednesday, 9:00am to 4:30pm; closed between 12:00pm and 1:00pm daily. The 311 Call Center and the phone number for outside L A City hours are Monday through Sunday, 8:00am to 4:45pm.
