211 LA is committed to protecting the privacy and safety of everyone who reports a hate incident.
All information shared with the Anti-Hate Reporting Line is kept confidential and is only shared with your consent, unless required by law for safety.
We follow strict HIPAA and California privacy standards, store data in secure, encrypted systems, and ensure all staff are trained in confidentiality and cybersecurity.
We also want to be clear that we are not associated with law enforcement, ICE, or any agency with police authority. Protecting your privacy and taking the appropriate steps to keep your information safe is our priority, and we stand firmly behind that.
