Specialized Information and Referral

This is a coalition of organizations and law firms in Northern California that provides legal services throughout California, in the aftermath of natural disasters. Services include legal information services and specialized information and referral related to disaster/emergency issues. Some programs may apply to specific areas of California; however, there are no geographic restrictions for most services.

The website provides disaster-related information for homeowners and renters, individuals and consumers, employees and employers, and landlords and tenants. Assistance with filing insurance claims, applying for government programs and preventing eviction after a natural disaster or public health emergency is available.
