Congregate Meals/Nutrition Sites

The center provides services for older adults age 55 and older who live in Covina. Services include congregate meals/nutrition sites, legal counseling, case/care management, physical fitness center, recreational/leisure/arts instruction, senior center, specialized information and referral, welfare rights assistance and workshops/symposiums. Services are restricted to residents of Covina.

Seniors may call or come to the center for information about and referral to a variety of resources such as housing, monthly food bank, personal care services and transportation services. 

Seniors age 60 and older may also come to the center to participate in the hot lunch program; reservations are needed by 12:00pm one day in advance. The fitness center offers a variety of cardio and strength training exercise equipment. All fitness center users must attend a 30 minute orientation in order to use the fitness center. 

The center offers a variety of activities including arts and crafts, dance, fitness/exercise classes, and trips to a wide variety of destinations.
