Vocational English as a Second Language (International Students)

The agency provides vocational education to individuals age 18 and older who live in Los Angeles County. Services include vocational education, WIOA programs, vocational English as a Second Language, and English as a Second Language. There are no geographic restrictions.

The agency provides occupational training in the fields of medical assistance, pharmacy technician, computer graphics design, accounting, administrative assistance, medical office management, digital media, English as a Second Language, and computer aided design and drafting.

The agency assists graduating students in job preparation and employment search activities.

Application Procedure
Call, walk in or write to apply for service. An appointment is required. Applicants must be high school graduates or the equivalent (GED). Applicants must provide a valid identification, social security number, proof of citizenship, and proof of income. The institute is able to admit students without a high school diploma or GED through the Ability to Benefit program.
