Provider: UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY - UNITED STATES CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION SERVICES - UNITING FOR UKRAINE

The service administers and enforces federal statutes, regulations and executive orders which relate to immigration to the United States and naturalization procedures. The Los Angeles District includes Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties. There are no geographic restrictions.

Uniting for Ukraine program provides Ukrainian citizens and their immediate family members entry and a temporary two-year period of stay in the United States. Participants must have a supporter in the U.S. who agrees to financially support them for the duration of their stay. Beneficiaries must be Ukrainian citizen(s) and have lived in their home county as of February 11, 2022 ; Immediate family members may be the spouse or common law partner of a citizen, and any children must be unmarried and under age of 21. Supporters must hold lawful status in the United States or covered by Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) and have passed security and background checks; must financially commit to support beneficiaries for the duration of their stay in the United States.
