Volunteer Development

The program provides volunteer opportunities for people who are interested in volunteer work and for organizations that utilize volunteers in their programs. It offers recruitment, and referral services for teenagers and adults, including referrals to court referred programs. There are no geographic restrictions.

The program includes an assessment of the volunteer's interests, expertise and available hours and refers her or him in an appropriate public or private, non-profit community agency. Agencies who wish to recruit volunteers to use in their program may call the center and place a request.
