This is a public library for the city of San Marino. There are no geographic restrictions.
The program provides standard library services for San Marino residents including loan of books, magazines, and audio books. DVDs are available for rental at nominal fees. The library also offers a summer reading program, storytime sessions for preschool children, community, civic and cultural information, large-print books, and tax forms. Access to the Internet is also available via computers and the wireless network. The library offers a storytime for infants, toddlers and preschool age children. Passport applications are by appointment only. LANGUAGES OTHER THAN ENGLISH Books are available in Chinese and Spanish.

Application Procedure
Call or walk in for information about library services. People who have valid identification (drivers license or letter confirming place of residence) may apply for a library card. Call for an appointment for passport services.
Fees
There is no fee to use the library or to borrow books; there is a small per day charge for overdue library materials. There are fixed fees for passports.
