Opioid Antidote Distribution Programs

Provider: ONE DAY EVENTS - PUBLIC HEALTH

In response to an increase in fentanyl and other opioid-related overdoses, the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health and the California Department of Health Care Services partnership offers participants the option to pick up a free dose of Naloxone (Narcan) at upcoming clinics at select Los Angeles County libraries.

Participants do not have to provide identification, proof of insurance, or payment.

Participants must complete on-site training on how to administer naloxone.

Supplies are limited to 1 per participant until supplies are exhausted.
