Occasional Emergency Food Assistance
Provider: CATHOLIC CHARITIES OF LOS ANGELES - SAN PEDRO REGION - LONG BEACH COMMUNITY SERVICES CENTER
The program provides emergency food for people who are in the Greater Long Beach area. Services include occasional emergency food assistance. People may receive assistance one time per month. There are no geographic restrictions.
The program provides groceries that may include fresh produce and meat; and snacks. Formula and baby food may also be available, depending on donations. The amount of food is enough to last for three or four days, and depends on family size.
On Tuesdays, sandwiches and snacks are available on a first come, first served basis until the supply is gone.
