Monitored Child Visitation Exchange

The agency provides off-site supervised visitation and monitoring for families with children age 18 and younger in Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. Services include parental visitation monitoring and monitored child visitation exchange. All services are provided in compliance with the California Rules of Court, California Family Code and section 11165.15 of the California Penal Code. There are no geographic restrictions.

Staff provide monitoring for open visitations, which may take place anywhere allowed by the court. The goal of the monitor is to protect the rights of the child and ensure a safe, neutral environment for the parent-child interaction.

Monitors develop individual service plans according to each family and specific court order. Staff make home visits and are able to provide transportation to and from visitations. Summary reports of the monitored visitation are also available.
