Provider: FEDERAL VOTING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The program provides political services by assisting overseas and military voters with election services. Services include absentee ballots, issue advocacy and voter registration and information. The program assists United States citizens living abroad and active military personnel and their families who are abroad or in the United States. There are no geographic restrictions.
The program assists overseas and military voters with voter registration, either by guiding them to State specific tools or through the use of the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA). Federal Write-In Absentee Ballots (FWAB), are also available to those who do not receive their State absentee ballots in a timely manner. . As of November 2020 all Los Angeles County registered voters will be given a mail-in option. Vote Centers available with extra precautions that will be taken to protect the health of both voters and election workers.
