Weight Management

The agency provides a weight management program for adults and youth. Services include health/disability related counseling for obesity, nutrition education, weight management (weight control) programs for adults and youth; and wellness programs to promote healthy lifestyle. There are no geographic restrictions.
,br> The weight control program consists of 8 weekly sessions that address all aspects of weight management including nutrition, activity level and other healthy lifestyle choices. A certificate of completion is awarded at the end of the program. Individual health counseling is also available.

Monday through Wednesday, 8:00am to 6:00pm; Thursday and Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm; the second and last Saturday of the month, 7:30am to 4:00pm. The urgent care clinic hours are Monday through Saturday, 10:00am to 7:00pm. Pharmacy hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 8:00pm; Saturday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.
