Health/Disability Related Support Groups (Cancer, Chinese Community)

The agency provides health services support for cancer patients of all ages, survivors, and their caregivers and family members. Services are targeted to the Chinese community and include disease/disability information, health/disability related support groups and health/disability related counseling, related to cancer. There are no geographic restrictions.
Support and resources are provided through information and education, patient navigation, one-on-one sessions and support groups. Individual and group sessions may be provided virtually through the ZOOM platform.
Additional information about patient assistance, research studies, hospice and end-of-life support is also available.
