This state trial court is an L A County Superior Court with jurisdiction over civil, criminal, municipal, and adult and juvenile traffic cases in the cities of Gardena, Hermosa Beach, Lawndale, Lomita, Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes, Redondo Beach, Rolling Hills, Rolling Hills Estates, and the area of Torrance west of Western Ave. Name change assistance is also provided. There are no geographic restrictions.
