The center provides services for non-profit organizations. Services include individual development accounts and organizational development and management services. Geographic restrictions apply for some services.
The program provides architectural design, development and planning services for non-profit organizations and community groups in order to create socially beneficial projects in underserved areas. These services are primarily focused on the construction and rehabilitation of buildings to generate affordable housing. The center also provides neighborhood planning and community improvement projects. It also maintains numerous affordable housing and Single Resident Occupancy facilities.
The organization also assists low-income people (usually those residing in the agency's affordable housing) to create individual development accounts to provide a safe individual financial savings plan.
