The agency provides government services for people nationwide. Services include border patrol/inspections, child sexual exploitation reporting, federal officials offices, national security organizations, terrorism reporting. There are no geographic restrictions.

Services include the prevention of terrorist and terrorist weapons from entering the United States; apprehending individuals attempting to enter the U.S. illegally; stemming the flow of illegal drugs and other contraband; protecting our agricultural and economic interests from harmful pests and diseases; protecting American businesses from theft of their intellectual property; and regulating and facilitating international trade, collecting import duties and enforcing U.S. trade laws.

The agency also takes reports on child pornography, drug smuggling, fraud and criminal activities dealing with customs and border protection on their hotline number.
