Medical advice and consultation available through the Nurse Advice Line for plan members. The Community Resource Center in East Los Angeles location has certified Medi-Cal Eligibility Workers on site to do in-person applications for State/local health Insurance programs such as Medi-Cal. LANGUAGES OTHER THAN ENGLISH Spanish; materials in other languages are available on request. There is a Spanish-language version of the agency's website.
