Residents can access resources at both shelters without checking in, including food, water, and protective masks. A mobile health clinic is also on site at the County’s City Terrace shelter.
AIR PURIFIERS
State, County, and City partners are working together to identify support and resources, including air purifiers. Continue to check lacounty.gov/emergency for updates.
HEALTH ALERTS
A Smoke Advisory remains in place for the area East of Boyle Heights. Individuals with sensitivity to smoke should continue to monitor AQMD Air Quality alerts (AQMD.gov) and avoid unnecessary exposure to outdoor air.

HEALTH RESOURCES
Wesley Health Centers' Street Medicine Mobile Unit will be providing health services in the impacted Boyle Heights area. Services include, free N95 masks, medical care and screenings, and additional health resources.

SCHOOL RELOCATION
The following schools will be relocated to alternate school sites through Wednesday, June 24th:
Dena Elementary and Dacotah Early Education Center are both relocated to Sunrise Elementary at 2821 E. 7th St. Los Angeles, 90023
Eastman Early Education Center is relocated to Humphreys Elementary at 500 S. Humphreys Ave., Los Angeles, 90022
Stevenson MS is relocated to Belvedere MS at 312 N. Record Ave., Los Angeles, 90063

Uber is providing transportation to designated shelter sites for residents impacted by the Boyle Heights Storage Facility Fire. Two free rides traveling to and from the shelter locations will be provided through the Uber app.
To redeem the discount, riders must apply the promo code “ELASAFE” in the Wallet section of their Uber app prior to requesting the ride to designated locations. Instructions on how to apply the promo code are available on the Uber website.
*Residents must be within 2.5 miles of the fire to qualify for the free ride. Promo code valid until 6/27.
