Parental Visitation Monitoring

The agency provides off-site supervised visitation and monitoring for families with children younger than 18 in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Services include parental visitation monitoring, monitored child visitation exchange, and a safety escort program for youth. All services are provided in compliance with the California Rules of Court, California Family Code and section 11165.15 of the California Penal Code. Transportation may be provided. Age restrictions apply; there are no geographic restrictions.

The agency employs off-duty law enforcement personnel and specializes in working with families involved in high conflict situations related to custody and visitation issues, risk of violence, and risk of abduction.

Staff provide monitoring for open visitations, which may take place anywhere allowed by the court. The goal of the monitor is to protect the rights of the child and ensure a safe, neutral environment for the parent-child interaction. Monitors develop individual service plans according to each family and specific court order. Staff make home visits and are able to provide transportation to and from visitations. Summary reports of the monitored visitation are also available.
