The center provides child care for pre-school aged children of low-income families who live in the ABC Unified School District. Services include child care centers and child care subsidies. The ABC Unified School District serves the cities of Artesia, Cerritos, Hawaiian Gardens, Lakewood, and parts of Long Beach and Norwalk. Parents must meet federal low-income guidelines. The center cares for toilet-trained children between the ages of 3 and 4 years. Priority is given for protective services referrals and siblings of children who are enrolled in the Children's Center, Tracy Infant Center, or the Extended Day Program.
