Home Delivered Meals

This program provides home-delivered meals for people age 18 and older who are homebound due to age, illness or disability and are unable to shop or cook for themselves. Deliveries are only made to single family home types, no gated apartment complexes. The service area includes Bassett, City of Industry, Diamond Bar, Hacienda Heights, La Puente, Rowland Heights, Valinda, Walnut, and West Covina south of the 10 Freeway.

A protein based cold lunch, and hot dinner from Queen Valley Hospital are delivered five days per week even on holidays. Low-sodium and diabetic meals are available with advance request and 10-day trial period.
