Dentist/Dental Support Personnel Complaints

  The agency provides professional organizations services to individuals who live in Los Angeles County. Services include dental associations and dentist/dental support personnel complaints. Although services for the general public are not restricted, the member dentists work in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties and the eastern portion of Los Angeles County including Claremont, Diamond Bar, La Verne, Pomona, San Dimas and Walnut.

  Dentists who wish to be included in the referral list must be state-licensed, must be members of both the California Dental Association and Tri-County Dental Society; pay annual membership dues; and abide by the ethics and standards set by the society. The referral list is updated on a regular basis.

  The society promotes prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of dental disease and printed materials on dental health. Member dentists participate in health fairs in the community and also provide school dental screenings for children in kindergarten through grade 8. Dentists may be available at times to speak to community groups on dental health-related topics.

  The society provides continuing education programs for member dentists on a regularly scheduled basis, publishes a newsletter and makes available current information geared to the interests of dental care providers.
