The program provides information and referral to member attorneys for people who need legal services and live in Long Beach and the surrounding areas. Services are targeted, but not restricted, to Long Beach and surrounding area residents.

Application Procedure
Call to apply or fill out an application online. An appointment is required. A staff member assesses the caller's needs and provides two referrals to member attorneys for a consultation.
Fees
The fee for the initial consultation with an attorney is $40. Fees for additional legal assistance are arranged independently between the client and attorney.
