If you suffered damages from the February rainstorm, please complete a damage assessment survey hosted by LA County.
Completion of this form will assist the County of Los Angeles in collecting damage information and associated costs with the current event. Information will be used to determine the estimated dollar amount of disaster damages within the County and be used to determine if enough disaster damages have occurred to qualify for disaster assistance.
Completing this form does not guarantee a disaster declaration will be received, nor does it guarantee you will be eligible for or receive disaster assistance.
LA City residents are encouraged to connect with MyLA311 if they require assistance.
For more information, call 3-1-1 or visit MyLA311 or visit https://emergency.lacity.gov/recovery
This is an informational gathering document that will be used to determine if disaster assistance is eligible based on the total amount of damages countywide.
